Carreer

I started education for a chef in Kastens Hotel Luisenhof
and was an apprentice from 1990-1993. As a young boy grown up in a village and now playing with the big boys in a large city.
I had a nice time in cook contests that I won (to my surprise ;-) )

I worked as a chef in Hotel Fürstenhof in Celle.

Later I worked one winter season in Austria in the beautiful village "Lanersbach im Tuxertal(Zillertal)" in the Hotel Central Lanersbach. That place is 1600m a.s.l.
And since then I know what snow means, I mean a lot of snow....


Later I worked in my hometown and also again in Hannover.
From 1997-1999 I attended hotel business school in Hannover (Hotelfachschule) to
graduate for Master of business administration (MBA) for Hotel line

(btw. We had Spanish lessons during that time and I had bad grades but
on the annual reunions I always see that I am the only person remaining beeing able to
speak (a little) Spanish. Practising languages on airwaves is so great,hi)

I was 26 years old when I took over the family owned Hotel.
We are now a team of 13. 4 Apprentice for a chef and 5 for hotel services specialist
1 chef who attended apprenticeship in our restaurant and 3 waitresses.
